ADHD life simplified through education, structure, and support.

Early in my coaching career, I worked with a woman who was diagnosed late in life with ADHD.  That new knowledge explained so much to her.  Together, we created an understanding of how her ADHD affected her daily life, an awareness of what she needed to succeed, how creating structure was paramount to getting things done, and the necessity to use the support structures she had available to her.

Through coaching, my clients create the ability to become more productive, successful and reliable by understanding their strengths and challenges.

Coaching is my passion

As a Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC) Professional Certified ADHD Coach and an ICF-Professional Certified Coach, I understand that ADHD can make life a bit more complicated, requiring customized solutions to everyday challenges. We know where we want to go and what we want to accomplish, we just don't know how to get there. That's where my genuine curiosity and thoughtful coaching process generates awareness, understanding and learning within my clients.

I am passionate about helping individuals with ADHD thrive

I became obsessed with ADHD, not only the neurobiological connection, but understanding how challenging life can be for someone with ADHD living in a non-ADHD world.

As a Certified Productivity Coach

Becoming productive in an ADHD world can be tricky. My clients come to me with a myriad of productivity challenges, including time management, prioritization, communication, and project management. As a Certified Productivity Coach, I have the knowledge and skills to help individuals identify their challenges and create long-lasting productivity processes.

My clients are as varied as their goals

I am constantly educating myself on how to better serve them.  It brings me pleasure to see the unique transformations each of my clients make, creating a less stressful work and home life.

As a Dual-Certified Coach

I have the skills necessary to help clients define their goals and then organize themselves to act on their intentions and attain those goals. By focusing on goals and structuring follow-through, my clients organize their lives to achieve the success they’re looking for. And, with every bit of success, they increase their motivation to move forward and achieve their desired outcome over and over again.

My education and experience manifests in more efficient and productive work with my clients.

Each credentialing program requires extensive and intensive course work and coaching demonstrations that prove proficiency, not just learning. In addition, I have well over 1,000 hours of coaching experience with 100+ clients. The testimonials from my clients attest to the variety and success of our coaching partnerships.

When I’m not coaching

I love to be outdoors walking, hiking, golfing, snowshoeing, or walking our rescue Boxers, Copper and Rosie.
